Hand Painted Artisan Hat

This beautiful hand-painted hat was created in Guanajuato, Mexico. The hat is made out of 100% cotton and is very light and breathable. This one is a Medium and measures 13" x 14". Inside circumference is 22" and the elastic band gives +/- 1". This is a fair trade item.
