Hand Painted Artisan Hat

This beautiful hand-painted hat was created in Guanajuato, Mexico. The hat is made out of 100% cotton and is very light. This one is a Large and measures 14" x 12.5". Inside circumference is 23" and the elastic band gives +/- 1". This is a fair trade item.
